Starfish is about Tara (Khushalii Kumar) who stays in Malta with her family and is a diver. Due to a disturbed past, she gets panic attacks and is mentally stressed. Meanwhile, she meets Aman (Tusharr Khanna) and starts dating him. But, a fight takes place between them, and later Tara meets Neil (Ehan Bhat) and falls in love with him. Well, her love life is a bit messed up and plus she is having a trauma of the past. How Tara manages her life forms the rest of the story... The movie is based on a book named Starfish Pickle by Bina Nayak and it is directed by Akhilesh Jaiswal. The film starts off very well but starts losing its grip in between, however it once again picks up during pre-interval portions. While the first half is average, the second half is better and the climax might leave you surprised.
